The Position: Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics

(Location: Atlanta, GA)

Elemica is the world’s leading digital supply chain network connecting enterprises and optimizing supply chain processes across the globe.

The Product Management team is responsible for defining product strategy and roadmap, and facilitating the execution of these products from concept to delivery, including working cross functionally with analysts, clients, sales, engineering, professional services, operations, and support.

Elemica is currently seeking an Supply Chain Analyst with a unique set of skills. The ideal candidate must be highly analytical and be able to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience. He/she should have a high degree of intellectual curiosity and feel compelled to find creative solutions to difficult problems. He/she is comfortable communicating with Elemica customers and facilitating discussions, presentations, and workshops related to his/her assigned products. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product features lists and perform release planning for multiple products. Monitor development activities in accordance with release plans. Communicate release plans to the company.
  • Create technical documentation on existing and new products and features for the purpose of training professional services and customer support organizations.
  • Coordinate with development and solution architects to create standard demonstrations of existing and new products. Interact with customers to perform solution demonstrations.
  • Maintain product training materials, updating as new features are released.
  • Investigate new feature requirements through customer surveys, discussions, and market research.
  • Perform general market research and competitive analysis.
  • Mine internal data for trends and gaps to help in the prioritization of new features.

Requirements

  • Engineering or supply chain degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of product management or supply chain software implementation experience required.
  • Prior experience with logistics preferred with functional knowledge of supply chain management, including ERP order fulfillment and procurement a plus
  • BI experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of Jira or similar project planning programs a plus
  • This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites in North America, Europe, Asia (15%).
